I've been watching Spongebob and Squidward always reminds me of Fredo from the Godfather
then I saw a Gif on GIF SOUND of him and the song put together and it made him seem like the saddest character of all time..
and i wanted to draw it..

His neighbors annoy the crap out of him and wreck his house all the time
He is just miserable... No Expression.. no expression..
