I like your art work a bunch, the pale Orc was my favorit too (although i loved his cute little puppy doggie/evil hobbit-eating monster more)- I think he's misunderstood and just needs a hug poor guy... aw well every story needs a villain...

...Am I the only one who feels like there was no need to CG this guy in the movie? They could have easily just put makeup onto the actor and it would have looked so much better.

Then again maybe I'm just old fashioned when it comes to movies. As far as I'm concerned if they can make monsters like John Carpenters the Thing look so fantastic; they could have easily pulled off the pale orc.

Still; epic movie, and I'm determined to learn the 'that's what Bilbo Baggins hates' song word for word so I can sing it at my kids (who seem intent on turning this house into a tip any chance they get)

i was a big fan of this guy tho, and i thought he looked super real for a CGI chaarcter!

Oh yeah he did look cool; but I found myself focusing too much on how they CG'd his face; rather then focusing on what was actually going on :/

My sis made a good point the other day in reference to this. I'd argued that they could have easily dressed up an actor and used CG to make him 'taller' if need be (they did it with the hobbits after all; making them smaller etc), and she pointed out that huge hulking guy in 300 that scars Leonidas' face. If they can do it in 300 then they could do it in the Hobbit *sulks*

Please no hates, but i don't quite think that his scars were near perfect in a criss-crossing pattern. It is pretty good though, i love the art form, just not the scars. MOVIE IS AWESOME THOUGH!

Just went to see The Hobbit for the fourth time today, and I'm more and more in love with Azog. One of the best villains ever, he's just EPIC ! He and Thorin are the best. :la:
