I take the subway home from work everyday..
And I always look around at all the people on the train and can't help but wonder what their story is.. "where are they going, are they going home? who will be there waiting for them.."
I noticed everyone always seems to be looking at their feet, or at the roof, or out the window.. and no one looks at each other,,

On my way home from work I noticed this woman and when I looked at her she looked back and we locked eyes for a moment.. It suddenly hit me how rare that is..
To look a stranger in the eye..

I was compelled to draw her after that~
I didn't want to forget that look..
